Keep it light though, nothing worse than a heavy steak and mashed potatoes weighing you down and making you sleepy at the table. Poker players are advised to eat food that is not only nutritious, but also mood elevating. This will help them relax and play better.
#2 - Relax The importance of relaxation cannot be stressed further. Players should relax before, during, and even after the game. If you are feeling on the tilt, during any course of a game, take deep breaths. Some casinos, like the Commerce in Los Angeles, offer massages. Take advantage. On you own, you can contract the muscles in your hands and legs till you start feeling relaxed once again. These simple exercises will help.
